Returns

Please read the following returns policy carefully before submitting your return request:

• Only products purchased at au.wilson.com can be returned to us.
• Return requests must be sent to their original method of purchase eg. If an order was placed online, it can only be returned online to our Warehouse and in-store purchases can only be returned to stores.
• Items purchased at au.wilson.com may be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless there has been a mistake with your order. Original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund, unless there has been a mistake with your order.
• Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Wilson will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.
• Refunds may take up to 10 days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
• Items must be in as new condition and returned in their original packaging with tags attached or returned.
• If returning shoes, please do not tape the box or attach the return label to the box. This will result in the return being rejected as it is not in original condition.
• Items purchased anywhere except au.wilson.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
• We don’t accept direct exchanges. Instead, we offer a return and re-order policy for purchases through our online store.
• If an order containing a 'gift with purchase' is being returned/refunded, then the customer must also return the free gift, unless otherwise still meeting the requirements to obtain.
• If you have purchased in-store, the return must be processed in-store. Please see below for our store locations.

PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS: 

• Please note that tennis racquets with stringing requests, custom products and stringing/tuning machines are excluded from returns.
