PLEASE ALLOW FOR UP TO 5 DAYS FOR REFUND FROM WHEN WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT(S) BACK 

RETURN POLICY:

  • Only products purchased at au.wilson.com can be returned to us.
  • Items purchased at au.wilson.com may be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless there has been a mistake with your order. Original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund, unless there has been a mistake with your order.
  • Please note that stringing/tuning machines, custom products and custom-strung racquets are final and cannot be returned.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Wilson will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
  • Items must be in as new condition and returned in their original packaging with tags attached or returned.
  • Items purchased anywhere except au.wilson.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • We don’t accept direct exchanges. Instead, we offer a return and re-order policy for purchases through our online store.
