Orders dispatch from our warehouse in 1-2 business days, or 2-4 days during sale periods.
Once orders dispatch, shipping times with the courier are within:
2-8 business days (Standard shipping)
1-4 business days (Express shipping)

Please Note: Racket orders with stringing requests require an extra 5-7 business days to dispatch, to allow for stringing time. Orders containing Custom Rackets will arrive within 10-14 weeks.
Orders with bulky or large quantity items may take longer to dispatch. Please reach out to our customer service team via 1800 271 105 if you would like an estimation of dispatch for your recent order.
Orders containing pre-ordered products will dispatch once all parts of your order have arrived in our warehouse. Please view the product page for your pre-ordered item to see an estimation of delivery.
