Return Process

PLEASE ALLOW FOR 5 DAYS FOR REFUND FROM WHEN WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT(S) BACK.

STEP 1: Check our return policy below and make sure your product is eligible for return.

STEP 2: Fill the return form and wait for us to get back to you with details to send the product back

STEP 3: Allow up to 2 weeks to get your money back from the day you ship the product.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Only products purchased at au.wilson.com can be returned to us.
  • Items purchased at au.wilson.com may be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless there has been a mistake with your order, and original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
  • Please note that custom products orders and strung racquets are final and cannot be returned.
  • Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Wilson will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.
  • Refunds may take between 5-7 business days* to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
  • Items must be in as new condition and returned in their original packaging with tags attached or returned.
  • Items purchased anywhere except au.wilson.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • We don’t accept direct exchanges. Instead, we offer a return and re-order policy for purchases through our online store.
