Items purchased at au.wilson.com may be returned for up to 30 daysafter the original purchase date.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless there has been a mistake with your order, and original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
Please note that custom products orders and strung racquets are final and cannot be returned.
Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Wilson will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as theoriginalpayment.
Refunds may take between 5-7 business days* to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
Items must be in as new condition and returned in their original packaging with tags attached or returned.
Items purchased anywhere except au.wilson.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
We don’t accept direct exchanges. Instead, we offer a return and re-order policy for purchases through our online store.
