Super easy to assemble (Instructions should be a little more specific as to the orientation of the locater lugs for the side panels ie make sure they face upwards with leg holders to the outside and after removing the lug nuts make sure you use washers as well) . A perfect tennis accessory.

I like it is easy to pick up balls without bending down, and when the handles are turned, the height of the basket makes it easy to reach out to the balls. But the basket itself is heavy, and hard to carry with the metallic handles. It also falls while driving a car.

Great product!

This product is fantastic and definitely one of the best options in its class. It could be more sturdy and easier to convert from 'picking up' to 'standing up', especially given the price point.

Poor customer service

I ordered this product with 4-ball 18 can case and Socks on September 17th, and I haven't received it yet. I just contacted them to ask where my product is; they said you have to wait another three weeks. I called them again after three weeks, and they said, we don't know where it is, and you have to wait. I asked I wanted to returned them because after one month I haven't received yet and they said you can't until you received the products and they just easily put the blame on covid 19 please say we are not able to provide good customer service or we don't know how to do it. It is scamming and shame on you Wilson with this really poor customer service.
