RETURN POLICY:
- Only products purchased at au.wilson.com can be returned to us.
- Items purchased at au.wilson.com may be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless there has been a mistake with your order, and original shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
- Please note that stringing/tuning machines, custom products and custom-strung racquets are final and cannot be returned.
- Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. Wilson will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment.
- Refunds may take up to 10 days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse.
- Items must be in as new condition and returned in their original packaging with tags attached or returned.
- If returning shoes, please do not tape the box or attach the return label to the box. This will result in the return being rejected as it is not in original condition.
- Items purchased anywhere except au.wilson.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- We don’t accept direct exchanges. Instead, we offer a return and re-order policy for purchases through our online store.
- If an order containing a 'gift with purchase' is being returned/refunded, then the customer must also return the free gift, unless otherwise still meeting the requirements to obtain. If the customer wishes to keep the gift but return the other items, then the refund amount will be the order value minus the current price of the gift.
