The holiday season is here! To help you plan your orders and avoid delays, we’ve outlined key delivery cut-off dates and our warehouse operating schedule. Please review the dates and information below so you can shop with confidence.
From Australia Post:Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates
Parcel Post (Standard):
- NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS: 19 December
- WA: 18 December
- NT: 16 December
Express Post:
- Most metro areas: 23 December
- WA & NT: 22 December
Orders placed after these dates may arrive after Christmas. Please note the above dates are a guide only. We cannot guarantee any deliveries made by Aus Post once they have been dispatched. More information provided by AusPost here.
For Orders With Racket Stringing
Racket orders with stringing requests must be placed before 11:59pm, Wednesday 17th of December to arrive before Christmas (excluding orders to NT). Any orders with racket stringing requests placed from Thursday, 18th of December onwards will be strung and dispatched from January 2nd, 2026.
Christmas & New Year Warehouse Closure
Our team will be taking a short break to conduct a warehouse stocktake and celebrate the holidays. Our warehouse will be closed on 25 December 2025 - 1st January 2026. During this time, no orders will be packed or shipped.
Orders placed while we’re closed will be processed and dispatched starting from 2nd January 2026. We appreciate your patience and recommend placing your order early to avoid any delays.
